PID: Public Infrastructure Distress
Once we filtered down different opportunity area, the task in hand was to select and weigh the problem statement in accordance to the design challenge. A healthy discussion and debate followed by clear understanding of the pros and cons of each opportunity area we arrived to the conclusion of creating a product which we name PID : Public Infrastructure Distress.
So, What is PID and how does it work ?
PID point are Public Infrastructure Distress points which we are defining as locations of sub optimal infrastructures. We intend these points to be cataloged as an easy to access, crowdsourced and peer reviewed database. This should assist in awareness and optimised actions by concerned bodies( example : government, NGO ).

Categorising the PID : Defining PID was just the starter on the plate. The main challenge arise when we had unwind the concept string by string and the rewind it to became a whole. Some intensive all night brainstorming, ideation and post-it on wall took us further into classification and unwinding of PID in accordance to the stakeholder, key roles of the society towards PID, scenario and use cases and the optimal way of moving towards a solution.
Topics to cover :
1. Stakeholder Mapping
